Our new hens went outside for the first time yesterday. They had a blast after overcoming the fear of leaving the cage.

We have started experimenting with permaculture around our chicken house. Next year, we hope to expand the size by planting an orchard in one of our front pastures.

Our bees arrived at the farm about six weeks ago. Glad to report they are still doing well and there are PLENTY of flowers for pollination! This is our first year with bees! Please wish us luck :)
